I recently finished reading Jim Collin’s “How the Mighty Fall”, what a great read. Besides the obvious ways a company can fall from grace, running out of cash this one caught me as critical to your business success. How do you view those you serve in your business? Do you see them as a customer or as a client? For me, the people I serve daily are my clients and I am a customer at Wal-mart. Are you taking care of your clients?
