WOW, 3000 new business subscribers each day

Before we begin, I need to share the source of inspiration

I am a salesperson deep down inside, I have struggled over the past few years with what this really means.  I know salespeople over inflate everything.  Over inflate sales targets, the amount of leads in the pipeline and the amount of revenue a deal will bring in.  This is normal behaviour for a sales person.

When I read a recent article online over the weekend about Google Apps penetration into the market I had to look at the source of the information and perhaps a pinch to make sure I wasn’t dreaming.  It is true many of the small business owners I speak with have brought up Google and if they are a fit for their business.  Sometimes the answer is an immediate YES or NO but on many occasions it is simply an unknown fit.

In the article it is reported, Google Apps signs up 3000 new business accounts each day and now has 20% market share.  It could be true or it could be just a salespersons over inflation of the numbers.  Let’s have a look at the options available to business in Calgary and Red Deer today.

Why is Google Apps a fit for your small business?

Google offers a number of benefits to the start-up small business.  This includes email hosting, you get 8 GB of storage per user as part of the free version or you can pay $50 a year.  What a steal of a deal especially for a start-up business.  How can you go wrong? There is limitations and some of the limitations can force the average small business owner to question their initial decision on selecting Google as a solution.

Google Apps has many solutions designed for business.  With Google Apps you may also work on documents and spreadsheets just like you could we Microsoft Word or Excel.  Google Apps allows you to collaborate and share information with others easily.

Bulletproof can help you understand how to leverage Google Apps if this is a solution which fits the needs of your business.
