I am always amazed who comes to read this blog on a daily or weekly basis, I have a wonderful tool at statcounter that allows me to see where visitors come from, what sites refer people to this site and what articles attract the most attention. Some of you wish to remain unknown to me and that is OK, some of you email me at stuart@stuartcrawford.com to share your comments and also a few of you prefer to post your comments on the blog directly. Today is Monday, the start of a new work week. It has turned cold here in Southern Alberta once again and a little harder to get the gears working in the body when it is cold out. The dogs are passed out on the sofa after going out to do their business and I am just about to head out to the gym for my morning workout. I work out at Westside Rec Centre here in Calgary and it has some great facilities to utilize and a number of my friends and clients use Westside so it is a great place to catch up with folks.
It is time to brave the elements and head out on this frosty morning.
